Rescue CATS
Join our rescue team and rescue cats from the streets. It's not an easy job, but you will be greatly rewarded with love and knowing you saved lives.
Our rescue teams capture and collect stray, sick, injured, and feral cats and kittens using safe, up to date trapping equipment.
To join our rescue teams you need to be over the age of 18, be an animal lover, and preferably able to drive.

FOSTER HOME
Open your home for rescued cats while they wait to be completely ready to go in their forever home.
We need more foster homes for the cats and kittens that are with us waiting for their forever homes to stay with our network of foster carers.
Please consider opening your home to our cats for a short time.
We are sure that cats will lighten your day every day they are with you.
You don’t have to be an animal expert to foster with us.
All you need is a safe home, a willingness to learn, and a love for animals. We’ll help you with the rest!
FlIGHT VOLUNTEER
If you are about to travel we might need your help to help us transport cats into new homes. Please read more and get in touch with us. Your help is much appriciated.
Flight volunteering for ResQstrays is easy and will cost you nothing! We will take care of everything for you. A representative of our team will bring the animal to the airport, meet you prior to your flight and check the animal in. Upon arriving at your destination airport, you will be met by the adopter. There is no work or expense on your part, and you will be saving a life.
This is how it works:
1. Send your flight itinerary: where you are flying to, date, time, flight reservation number, the name of the airline, and your contact details.
2. Get in touch with adopter: When the animal is confirmed on the flight, we will put you in direct contact with the adopter who will wait for you at your destination. This way you can exchange all your information and details.
3. Checking in with an animal: On the day of the flight, a representative will meet you at the airport. We will help you to check-in with the cat and all the required paperwork, and pay for their reserved ticket.
4. Pick up the cat at the destination: Once you have arrived at the destination airport, you will pick up the animal at a special luggage counter, unless the animal travels in-cabin with you. Go through customs and handle the animal to their new family which will be waiting for it at the airport.

Our work is most rewarding when we’re able to adopt a cat or a dog into a loving home. Rescue workers at shelters and other humane organizations like ours all over the world will agree!

Many of the animals we rescue have been abandoned, neglected, abused, or dumped at the shelter and find themselves in a terrifying, lonely new world. They have withstood hunger, pain, illness, and fear to overcome the odds and survive. They are supremely deserving — and appreciative — of a second chance at life.

For your gift, you'll receive a photo and biography of your special cat. You can request a particular cat of your own choice that perhaps you met during a recent visit or we can choose one for you.
